Trauma-Informed Mindful EatingÂ
Foundations Program
This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the intersection of trauma, embodiment, body image, and our behaviors around food. It is structured into modules, blending live and pre-recorded instruction to facilitate a deep, self-paced learning experience.Â
Participants will have access to unique tools, PDFs, research, and interactives designed to support engagement with the course material and facilitate personal integration.
What is TIME
TIME stands for Trauma-Informed Mindful Eating. It’s a healing-centered framework that explores the intersection of nourishment, embodiment, and trauma. Rather than focusing on control or behavior correction, TIME emphasizes curiosity, compassion, and self-exploration to support a more empowered relationship with food and the body.
Who is the TIME program for?
TIME is designed for both individuals and professionals. It’s ideal for anyone seeking to understand their food and body story more deeply, as well as practitioners—such as therapists, dietitians, coaches, and wellness providers—who want to bring a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based lens to their work.
TIME Schedule
The TIME foundations course includes both live and pre-recorded sessions to support your learning integration at your own pace. Live sessions are interactive, while pre-recorded modules allow you to revisit materials anytime.
You’re encouraged to approach each session choosing the level of movement or engagement that feels right for you in the moment.
