This policy governs payments, refunds, and any other financial matters related to our products and services. We are committed to providing exceptional value and service while upholding the highest standards of financial responsibility.

Online Training Courses
Introductory Level Courses
Online introductory courses are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable.
Foundational Level Courses
1. Foundations in TCTSY Trauma Sensitive Yoga
a) Financial policies for TCTSY Foundational Trainings are determined by the respective Licensed Trainer, affiliated organizations, or studios. Refer to the external training listing for specific financial policies.
2. Foundations in Trauma Informed Weight Lifting
a) Cost and Payment
i. The total cost of the training is $495
ii. Payment is due immediately upon registration
b) Refunds and Withdrawals
i. If a participant withdraws from the training within 5 days of all applications closing, we will issue a full refund.
ii. After this date, we must be able to fill your spot before issuing a refund less a $25 administrative fee.
iii. There will be no full refunds after course materials are made available to the trainee.
iv. However, a participant may defer to an upcoming training subject to a reinstatement fee.
Certificate Level Courses
3. TCTSY Certification Program (for non-Latino Americans)
a) Cost and Payment
i. The total cost of the TCTSY Certification Program is $3,600 USD.
ii. Upon acceptance, candidates must make an initial payment of $600 within 14 days.
iii. Candidates will be enrolled in an auto-pay system for subsequent payments of $600, deducted monthly beginning 30 days after the initial payment until the balance is paid in full.
b) Refund Policy:
i. Full refund available if withdrawal occurs on or before June 15th.
ii. Partial refund available after June 15th, subject to spot filling. A $250 administrative fee will be retained, and the balance refunded if the spot is filled by August 31st. If the spot remains unfilled by August 31st, $750 will be retained, and the remaining balance refunded.
iii. No refunds issued after August 31st. However, candidates may defer certification to the following year (additional fees and requirements apply).
c) Withdrawals During Certification Program:
i. Candidates must discuss options for deferral with their Mentor and email the program coordinator for confirmation.
ii. Deferred candidates may incur a $1,100 fee for re-enrollment for the entire program or a $550 fee if deferring after completing September through December modules.
iii. No further extension of time is allowed without full re-enrollment.
d) Requests to Extend Completion beyond March 31st:
i. A fee of $250 will be charged for additional time to complete the program, covering 2.5 hours of mentorship.
ii. Additional mentorship hours beyond the initial allocation will be assessed at $100 per hour.
iii. Candidates must complete the program by June 15th or re-enroll for certification.
iv. Extensions due to disability will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Trauma Informed Weight Lifting Certificate Program
a) Cost and Payment
i. The total cost of the training is $2000
ii. A deposit of $500 is due immediately upon acceptance
iii. The participant agrees to have their remaining balance automatically withdrawn on a monthly basis until fully paid
b) Refunds and Withdrawals
i. If a participant withdraws from the training within 5 days of all applications closing, we will issue a full refund.
ii. After this date, we must be able to fill your spot before issuing a refund less a $25 administrative fee.
iii. There will be no full refunds after course materials are made available to the trainee.
iv. However, a participant may defer to an upcoming training subject to a reinstatement fee.
