TCTSY
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
The world's first and only yoga-based intervention for complex trauma and PTSD found to be as effective as talk therapy. With 800 actively certified facilitators in over 50 nations and territories, TCTSY strives to be a cross-cultural model for body-based treatment.
Foundations Training
20-hour training introducing the core concepts of TCTSY. Offered year-round, online and in-person, in multiple languages. Prerequisite for the Certification Program.
· 20 CECs with Yoga Alliance
· 18 CECs with International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT)
· 4 CECs with National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB).
Certificate Program
300-hour program for yoga professionals, mental health practitioners, and healthcare providers. Fully online, September–March. Cohorts in North America, Europe, Australasia, and Spanish-language.
· Valid as a 300-hour training with Yoga Alliance
· Awaiting approval for Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) continuing education credits.
TIWL
Trauma-Informed Weight Lifting
TIWL explores the power of weight lifting to heal by establishing an evidence base for weight lifting as an adjunctive treatment for trauma, and by providing education and support to the weight lifting community.
15-hour training for trainers, coaches, physical therapists, and movement practitioners. Offered online and in-person 2–3 times per year.
· Valid for 1.5 CECs with National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM)
Certificate Program
This comprehensive 8-week program is designed for personal trainers, fitness coaches, physical and health educators, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and professionals supporting individuals and communities impacted by trauma. Held entirely online and presented by leaders in trauma, fitness, embodiment, and social justice, this training is offered twice a year.
· Valid for 1.9 CECs with National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Trauma-Informed Improv & Play
A therapeutic methodology blending trauma-informed practices with the healing capacity of embodied play and improvisational theatre for the treatment of complex trauma.

Trauma-Informed Mindful Eating
Designed for both individuals and professionals — anyone seeking to understand their food and body story more deeply, as well as practitioners who want to bring a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based lens to their work.
