Welcome to this mindful movement practice. The promptsĀ below are intended to offer you guidance as you engage in this mindful movement exercise. The amount of time you spend with this practice is up to you. When you are done, you are invited to offer some feedback.
Invitation to notice sensation: As you move, you might notice sensations in your muscles? Maybe you feel sensation in part or parts of your body?
Invitation to practice choice-making: As you move you may be interested in making some choices. One choice you might make could be about your pace - the pace you move is your choice. Maybe you notice other choices you would like to make as you explore this practice?
