1. Grievance Policy
If a participant has a complaint or grievance related to the Introduction to TIIP program, they are encouraged to submit their concern in writing.

Include the following information:
- Full name
- Program name (Introduction to TIIP)
- A brief description of the concern or complaint
All grievances will be reviewed in a timely manner by the program administration. Reasonable efforts will be made to respond and, when appropriate, resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Submission of a grievance will not affect a participant’s standing in the program or eligibility for completion or CE consideration.
2. Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel their registration for the Introduction to TIIP program by submitting a written cancellation request to [email protected].
Cancellations must be received prior to the start of the program to be considered for a refund (see Refund Policy below).
Failure to attend the program without prior written cancellation may result in forfeiture of registration fees.
The program organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified and offered appropriate options.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests for the Introduction to TIIP program must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:
- Requests received prior to the start of the program may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable administrative fees.
- No refunds will be issued once the program has begun or after access to program materials has been provided.
All approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original method of payment.
