"Thanks to the Center, I'm learning to trust myself and embrace life again." -Sarah, Survivor

"As a therapist, I have seen the profound impact of TCTSY on my clients. It provides them with tools to navigate their trauma and connect with their bodies in a way that traditional talk therapy often cannot. The skills they gain through this program empower them to take an active role in their healing." Emily, Mental Health Professional

*Important note on our Tax-Exempt Status: As we officially launch as our own nonprofit, we are currently awaiting our tax exempt status from the IRS.
