In this two-part workshop, you can expect to explore the impact of caregiving, witnessing, and navigating the stress of our current climate—and how these experiences can pull you out of your body and away from the powerful resource of your own presence. Across both sessions, we’ll normalize the challenges of being human in today’s world and introduce self-compassion and mindfulness as essential tools for meeting your own needs when feeling stressed, exhausted, or overwhelmed.
